GALNT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MC3R, DEFB124, and OR56A1. Each is linked with GALNT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MC3R grouped by GALNT5-low versus GALNT5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
