GALNT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,882 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAD1, PLCG1, and C1orf116. Each is linked with GALNT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT3-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNT3 versus LAD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
