GALNT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN13, GALNT12, and GOLPH3L. Each is linked with GALNT3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT3-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNT3 versus TSPAN13 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
