Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, mTOR_pS2448, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GALNT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT3-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT3 results are reported.
