GALNT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,320 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR2, BBS9, and TTC7B. Each is linked with GALNT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT3-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KSR2 grouped by GALNT3-low versus GALNT3-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
