Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,360 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, Viral process, and Morphogenesis of an epithelial sheet. Each is linked with GALNT2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT2-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT2 results are reported.
