GALNT18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,594 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CBX3, TBK1, and EGFR. Each is linked with GALNT18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT18-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNT18 versus CBX3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
