GALNT18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,700 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT6B, KRT17, and S100A8. Each is linked with GALNT18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT18-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNT18 versus KRT6B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
