GALNT18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,018 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD6, RPL31P7, and PLD6. Each is linked with GALNT18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT18-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD6 grouped by GALNT18-low versus GALNT18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
