Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,816 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to hypoxia, Purine ribonucleotide metabolic process, and Ribonucleotide metabolic process. Each is linked with GALNT18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT18-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT18 results are reported.
