GALNT18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP4, NXF5, and RFPL3. Each is linked with GALNT18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT18-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAP4 grouped by GALNT18-low versus GALNT18-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
