GALNT17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, OIP5, and KIF20A. Each is linked with GALNT17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT17-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT17→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
