GALNT15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,814 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRMT5, DAP, and PIMREG. Each is linked with GALNT15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT15-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 grouped by GALNT15-low versus GALNT15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
