GALNT15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D1, IFNG, and WFDC12. Each is linked with GALNT15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT15-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31D1 grouped by GALNT15-low versus GALNT15-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
