Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GALNT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, STAT3_pY705, and eEF2. Each is linked with GALNT14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT14-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by GALNT14-low versus GALNT14-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
