GALNT13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, MIG-6, and MEK1. Each is linked with GALNT13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT13-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by GALNT13-low versus GALNT13-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
