GALNT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO5C, TYMS, and GAGE2E. Each is linked with GALNT10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT10-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO5C grouped by GALNT10-low versus GALNT10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
