GALNT10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, KRT73, and CARD18. Each is linked with GALNT10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT10-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by GALNT10-low versus GALNT10-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
