GALNT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCER1, PRAMEF33, and C9. Each is linked with GALNT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT1-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCER1 grouped by GALNT1-low versus GALNT1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
