GALNS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPYC, LGI1, and LRIT1. Each is linked with GALNS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNS-to-partner and partner-to-GALNS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPYC grouped by GALNS-low versus GALNS-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
