GALK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Src_pY416, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with GALK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALK2-to-partner and partner-to-GALK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by GALK2-low versus GALK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
