GALE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 911 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALE-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, CA15P1, and RPL12P20. Each is linked with GALE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALE-to-partner and partner-to-GALE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by GALE-low versus GALE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
