GAGE2E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAGE2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,920 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAGE2E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body, Positive regulation of telomerase activity, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with GAGE2E in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAGE2E-to-partner and partner-to-GAGE2E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body grouped by GAGE2E-low versus GAGE2E-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAGE2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAGE2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
