Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAGE2E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 428 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAGE2E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Postsynaptic cytoskeleton organization, Epicardium-derived cardiac fibroblast cell differentiation, and Epicardium-derived cardiac fibroblast cell development. Each is linked with GAGE2E in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAGE2E-to-partner and partner-to-GAGE2E results are reported.
