Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAGE13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAGE13 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher GAGE13 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAGE13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
LIHC, STAD, and UVM are the cancer types where GAGE13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
