Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAGE12E RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAGE12E data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher GAGE12E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAGE12E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where GAGE12E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
