Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAGE12C RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAGE12C data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher GAGE12C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAGE12C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM are the cancer types where GAGE12C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
