GAD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,215 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and PRODH. Each is linked with GAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAD1 versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
