Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,926 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-glutamate catabolic process, Export across plasma membrane, and Succinate metabolic process. Each is linked with GAD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAD1 results are reported.
