GAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACR3, PRND, and RXFP3. Each is linked with GAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACR3 grouped by GAD1-low versus GAD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
