Across TCGA patient cohorts, GACAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,997 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GACAT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to membrane, Cytoplasmic translation, and Protein localization to cytoskeleton. Each is linked with GACAT2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GACAT2-to-partner and partner-to-GACAT2 results are reported.
