GABRR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, Shc_pY317, and Smad3. Each is linked with GABRR2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRR2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by GABRR2-low versus GABRR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
