Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,041 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with GABRR2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRR2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRR2 results are reported.
