Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,529 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF3, GATAD2B, and ARHGEF26_S392. Each is linked with GABRR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRR1-to-partner and partner-to-GABRR1 results are reported.
