GABRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LORICRIN, XKR5, and PSG8. Each is linked with GABRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRG2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LORICRIN grouped by GABRG2-low versus GABRG2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
