GABRE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRE-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, mTOR_pS2448, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with GABRE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRE-to-partner and partner-to-GABRE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by GABRE-low versus GABRE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
