Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,011 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production, Regulation of chloride transport, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with GABRE in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRE-to-partner and partner-to-GABRE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production grouped by GABRE-low versus GABRE-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
