GABRD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,710 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESAM, BCL6B, and GPR4. Each is linked with GABRD in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRD-to-partner and partner-to-GABRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
