GABRD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,590 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, SEPTIN4, and BGN. Each is linked with GABRD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRD-to-partner and partner-to-GABRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
