GABRD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,040 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEFH, HMOX1, and RASD2. Each is linked with GABRD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRD-to-partner and partner-to-GABRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
