GABRD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPLX3, C1QBPP1, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with GABRD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRD-to-partner and partner-to-GABRD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
