Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,653 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of glucagon secretion, Fat cell proliferation, and Primary alcohol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GABRD in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRD-to-partner and partner-to-GABRD results are reported.
