GABRB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,961 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, HECTD1, and SEC23B. Each is linked with GABRB3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRB3-to-partner and partner-to-GABRB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABRB3 versus DDAH1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
