Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPFFR1, NDP, and PRND. Each is linked with GABRB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRB3-to-partner and partner-to-GABRB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPFFR1 grouped by GABRB3-low versus GABRB3-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
