GABRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXA, CST11, and RGR. Each is linked with GABRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRB2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXA grouped by GABRB2-low versus GABRB2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
