GABRA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,972 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ME3, PDE4A, and RIC8A_S502. Each is linked with GABRA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABRA2 versus ME3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
