Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,284 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with GABRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABRA2 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
