Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL523P, RNA5SP204, and TRGV11. Each is linked with GABPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPB2-to-partner and partner-to-GABPB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL523P grouped by GABPB2-low versus GABPB2-high in READ.
