GABPB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PDCD4, and PKC-b-II_pS660. Each is linked with GABPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPB2-to-partner and partner-to-GABPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by GABPB2-low versus GABPB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
