GABPB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRING1P1, RNU4-56P, and HSPD1P14. Each is linked with GABPB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPB1-to-partner and partner-to-GABPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPRING1P1 grouped by GABPB1-low versus GABPB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
